Brand new product is now available in the “eightyfourseries” collection — a vintage 80’s inspired line consisting of true-to-original, but contemporized, versions of the classic styles we wore growing up. Satin-lined twill pants with ‘permanent creases,’ polyester knit mock necks and leather holster bags simultaneously paint a picture of back-in-the-day as well as point a way for the future. The new collection is available at finer boutiques worldwide and online at the DoubleDown temporary online shop (new site coming soon).

The new product literally just dropped and has already been seen on stars like Tracy Morgan who hosted the 2009 VH1 “Hip Hop Honors” award show wearing the ‘Deuce” jacket and pants. In addition, Fabolous can be seen wearing our frames in the upcoming Trey Songz video ‘Say Aah.’

DoubleDown helped to forge the genre sometimes referred to as ‘better streetwear.’ Now DoubleDown is doing it again. Like the city that came back from the burned out rubble of the 70s, we’re setting a new standard with unconventional ideas about streetwear and contemporary fashion.
