Cointreau Limited Edition Bottle

For the first time in 160 years, Cointreau’s “Objet d’ Art” liqueur bottle has been reinterpreted. The collaboration of Cointreau and New York based French designer Catherine Malandrino, has created a limited edition bottle that pays homage to the cities of New York and Paris. The award winning bottle is wrapped in lace and features the Statue of Liberty and a constellation of stars. “I wanted to dress the Cointreau bottle using the same codes I use when dressing a woman – lightness, transparency and femininity. I wanted to create a timeless piece. A piece that defies time with its codes and represents liberty and independence, but also a message for all women around the world”, says Catherine.
